How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
After each order is placed, we process them in the order that they are received. We strive to ship each order within 2 business days, though processing times may be longer at certain times of the year. L&L Skin orders ship via free shipping ways will arrive in 7-20 days, ship via DHL / UPS / FedEx or other premium express services and will generally arrive within 4-7 business days, depending on your location.
Orders placed during weekend or during a holiday will be processed the following week.

The product suddenly stopped vibrating and is not working. What should I do?
- Check to see if the device needs to be charged

Cooling mode is not cool or hot mode is not heating, what’s the reason?

Can I use it every day?
Yes, you can use it every day. We suggest 5-10 mins each time, twice in a day, once in the morning, once in the evening.
I have sensitive skin, can I use them?
L&L SKIN devices are made of safe materials with international standards like CE and ROHS. They are proved to be safe, healthy and no irritation to skin. It is suitable for all skin types.
How can I tell if the product is charging properly if no light is being displayed to show it is charging?
There should be a charging indicator light while it is charging.
How long this product should be used in each session?
The use is controlled within 5-10 minutes. After our experiments have confirmed and many customer experience feedbacks, 5-10 minutes is the best time to use it. Skin care is a long-term process, and the effect will be more obvious in the long run.
